CPAP 461P
My boss bought a REMstar system one 461p but it was not working well and it didnt help him so he got a new one a REMstar system one 460p and its working well he is sleeping better. Does any of you have any information as to why the 461p is not working and do you very any images & details about the 461p.

I believe the 461P is the same as the 460P, just a marketing difference in terms of country it's intended to be sold into or something similar.

"Not working well" doesn't give us much info to help you. What in particular seems wrong?

You might find some further information if you look on the "setup manuals' page.

The 460/461 machine is often called a PRS1 Pro machine.

Not sure what the difference is between the 460 and the 461, however if he's just buying them, he should be aware that they need to be setup for the correct pressure for him.

It's adjustable over a wide range of pressures and if he hasn't changed it, any particular machine works for him or not, is going to be pretty random.

They're both manually adjusted machines, so they'll need to be setup for him. There is probably nothing wrong with either machine.

Its confusing but both are the same machine. 460 is US version, 461 is Canadian version and Australian too

As for not working, any messages display on the screen, something like "service required" or beeps
Sometimes, unplugging the machine, wait a while, and plugging into wall power outlet, fix the problem
