the collar should also reduce mouth leaks if that's something you are prone to. obviously, leak rate is the graph to watch for that.

I changed my CPAP settings because it wasn't good
  but I don't feel well again

you are tucking your chin to your chest which has caused higher AHI.
A loose fitting soft cervical collar will fix this.
