sleepyhead results help
All,

I am have been on resmed airsense 10 for 6 months.  I am still trying to get use to it.  I started downloading my sleep results from my cpap machine to sleepyhead.  I would like to know if my pressure should be adjusted.  I don't sleep the best. I tried adjusting the pressure but still can't feel like I get a good nights rest.  I am attaching screenshots.

RE: sleepyhead results help
Welcome to the board. There are a lot of people here Evan help with your therapy.

Your min is way low. If you look at your pressure chart you can see you were never near 5 during most of the night. I would try these settings and see how they work for you

Min 8
Max 20
EPR 3

For your information.. with RPR (exhale pressure relief) your exhale (min) will be 5 like you have now. The max of 20 will not be reached but the machine will increase pressure as it needs to for therapy. That what autoset is for. Once you see how much the maxis you will set it to 1 or 2 above it.

We use OSCAR now it is a reworked sleepyhead and you can download it free at the top of the site. Read a little about the chart order and remove the calendar and pie chart. Use f12 for a screenshot. It is set up for the correct size to post.

sleepyhead results feedback
All,

I have been tweaking my settings from those on the board based on my sleepyhead results.  I believe I am getting closer to the correct pressure.  I am feeling better.  I am still battling a leak the last two nights.   I was hoping for some suggestions on my settings and/or leak issue.
