CPAP AIR10 OUTLET PORT
The air outlet broke when I was putting it back in, but it goes in fine and works fine? Is it safe to continue using?

So long as it doesn't leak, you will be good to go.

RE: CPAP AIR10 OUTLET PORT
From your photo, it appears to be a retaining clip that was broken. Is this the seal that connects to the humidifier tank? I'm only speculating, but could you try inserting the tank, while the cover is off, to see if the seal remains in place?

Normally if the humidifier tank is leaking air you will hear a whistling sound when the air starts blowing. Give it a try and see if you hear anything unusual.

You may want to consider ordering a replacement.
They're available at many online CPAP sites, called Air Outlets and are about $10.00 USD

DogSlobber (love that name!!) is right. Backups are so important. Murphy's Law says, in part, that if something goes wrong, it will do so at the absolute worst possible time. Don't wait until there is a problem. Get it now.
