[CPAP] Air Mini Congestion

I have a ResMed Air Mini travel CPAP machine using it with a nasal pillow mask.  Works fine while using it but causes severe sinus drainage the next day.  It doesn't happen every time.  Have tried the humidifier disks which seem to make it worse, tried nasal sprays which have not worked.  Asked my Dr. and he said as this forum.  I have no problem with congestion or drainage when using my main home ResMed machine which has a humidifier water tank and a heated hose so I assume the problem has to do with humidification.  Any help would be appreciated.
