RE: CPAP - BiPAP Help Needed
That looks good. The settings are pretty much default for Ti, trigger and cycle. If it feels right to you, it probably is. You are surprisingly resistant to CPAP pressure, and you are starting to see acceptable results at or near the top of the pressure capability of your S9 Vauto. You may have higher upper airway resistance due to tonsils, or upper throat structure. This is not an area I am qualified to judge, so next doctor appointment, just ask him whether there are any obvious issues that might be contributing to upper airway resistance. I grabbed your data and will look at it when I have time. For now just continue as-is, and I hope your progress continues.

RE: CPAP - BiPAP Help Needed
If you want to zoom in on the flow rate for those UA events we might be able to interpret what is going on. Leaks are very high and the machine is unable to control the airway in that period. Your machine is unable to produce higher pressure, so leak control and positional treatment is all we have. You may want to consider a new or different full face mask that will hold its fit at high pressure.
Cases of severe obstructive apnea can be diagnosed by an endoscopic sleep study (sleep nasoendoscopy (SNE) or drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE). This is where sleep is induced by anesthesia and the airway is directly observed to identify the obstruction.
http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1963060-overview I assume that your options for professional help in Dubai may be more limited than in the U.S. but I don't have any real sense of your medical resources you have available for dealing with this or if such diagnostic work is performed there at all.
Your apnea is responding to the pressure, but I don't know what you did before CPAP/BPAP. Keep working on the positional issues and mask leaks.

Thanks Sleeprider for the details
One more question. I have this bipap S9 on trial only and I would have to return it soon. I own Airsense 10. What do you recommend. with the pressure which I need shall I keep the S9 and exchange Airsense 10?

On machine selection, that is an opportunity for you to discuss this with your doctor. I think it's pretty clear you need the higher pressure, and even at the maximum pressure of an auto CPAP, the pressure support of a bilevel should be helpful. So in this case I would be inclined stay with the S9.
Very irregular respiratory pattern, and the UA does not look obstructive based on no recovery breath and lack of flow limitations. Some of them look like hypopnea. Hard to tell for sure.
