[CPAP] Card not recording everything

Mask Type: Nasal mask
Mask Make & Model: Remstar Plus
Humidifier: remstar
CPAP Pressure: 19
CPAP Software: Other Software

Card not recording everything
I have a Remstar Plus M Series and took the card to have it downloaded at the local medical store. It didn't show any activity on the card only blower hours. Do I have to do something to the machine to get it to record sleep patterns or is it automatic? Thanks for any suggestions....

The "Plus" does not report any data, beside blower hours

The "Pro" report data, which one in your machine

I'm not sure the machine you have will show you anything more than blower hours but hang in there for more answers to your questions.
