I wouldn't rush to raise your pressure unless your not sleeping and feeling well. This is only one chart for one night. I'd track your AHI for at least a week before making any changes and than only if you feel you need to.

When a pattern of breathing flow rate happens like this, it is sometimes referred to as "periodic breathing", or pattern breathing. It is not Cheyne-Stokes Respiration unless it fits a very narrowly defined pattern, usually with a central apnea at the nadir. The form of periodic breathing in the image above is pretty common and harmless. Many of us change the event name in Sleepyhead to Periodic Breathing (PB).
