Be careful with nose sprays like Afrin, they can cause a rebound effect and leave you with longer bouts of nasal blockage. Saline sprays will be safer and may help you get going with the P10.

I had to increase the pressure when I used a FFM with a cold. First check - did you change your settings from pillows to FFM? If so, try bumping up pressure 2 cm and see if that helps.
