CPAP Data
#11
RE: CPAP Data
The treatment does not generally get you to no apneas, however some days for some people get pretty low.

My first 21 days: Notice my usage was under 4 hours (>4) for a few nights. My AHI bounced around greatly. My total time in apnea was about 15 minutes.

My last 21 days: After 6 months, my AHI went way down, my usage went up and total time in apnea is under 10 minutes average.

So, you can see that CPAP does not make apnea disappear. Some of us have a hard time getting under 5 events per hour.

I still sleep really good, am rested, and strength, concentration, and anxiety levels improved.
