Really nice to hear your face pain has subsided. A mouth guard sounds like a good plan, too. I’ve bought some generic ones designed for sleep in the past which were pretty good - however I bit through them in a couple of weeks, hence the dental splint. Tooth protection is easier than repair, so my dentist says

I was a little curious what your OSCAR data is like with the current settings..?
Sometimes I used to see a similar thing with home tests here in Au, and when the person started on APAP there were often further adjustments to the settings/further investigations required (I’m a retired sleep tech). Hopefully your data is all good - but the primary indicator imho is how you feel
