[CPAP] HOSE MANAGEMENT

RE: HOSE MANAGEMENT
I have a rod-iron headboard -- so I just run the hose straight back to the wall between the rails. My mask has a swivel on the end (do they all?) and so the hose goes straight back over my forehead with no bending. I did have a little rain-out when I first started, colder/dryer then and I had the H5i set to maximum (5.0). Now I have the H5i set to 4.5 and haven't had any more rainout issues.

RE: HOSE MANAGEMENT
I'm a hose cuddler. My hose is always in a hose cozy and my BiPAP got christened Kaa after the snake in The Jungle Book. One reason is that the hose feels like a rather long stuffed toy snake when I'm sleeping.
The other? It's easiest to provide a link: Kaa's song

That is really great. Kaa! Now, I have to think more about getting a cozy.
