[CPAP] Hello All, can someone interpret my Oscar chart?

Hello All, can someone interpret my Oscar chart?

I have been using my Resmed Airsense 11 for over a  year now and I am not sure I am getting the proper results from it. My GP doesn't really seem to believe in Sleep Apnea being a real issue ( I was the one who brought it up to him to have a sleep test done). I was originally diagnosed with 35.9 AHI but that is all the information I have. I have changed my pressure from 4-20 to 8-20 but I haven't seen any real difference. Can someone look at this and let me know if my expectations were unrealistic? I was expecting a much larger sense of energy and alertness. Thank everyone for any assistance!

Welcome to the forum.

Looks like good solid normal breathing with possibly a toss at the end of the segment. Nothing leading up to it. But we all get them.
