How to Interpret CPAP data for better use?
Hello everyone, I was sent over here from the folks over at reddit because I was told that I may be able to set a better pressure range based off my sleep data

I am 26M, 260lb, 6' 3" and have been using the AirSense 11 Cpap machine for a couple of weeks now. I use a full face mask by philips usa - Dreamwear mask with Full Face cushion with auto on the humidifier / temperature

I was prescribed a pressure range of 5.0 - 16.0 , but 5.0 felt suffocating - like I couldn't get enough air. I was told that this was just the default settings so I upped the minimum pressure to first 7,8, 9 and up to 10 to try things out.

My nose sometimes gets congested at night and I believe it may be allergies. Since I have a full mask, I find myself sometimes breathing through my mouth.
I'm not sure what my ideal pressure range should be and if it's possible to tell what other things I should do based off the data provided, but I would really appreciate any help I can get. I can understand what some of these graphs mean, but I'm not sure how to interpret them in the end.

These are the endpoints for imgur because I can't post links yet Sad
