The idea is to start with the exact settings as they were on your old machine. It will help to know the exact model of your old machine, the settings you had on it, the exact model of your Airsense 10 machine (Autoset, Autoset for her etc.).

Assuming your old machine was a good old Cpap with no pressure relief, I would start with setting the Airsense 10 on a straight pressure of 12 and an EPR of 0. I would evaluate it for 7-10 days, watch my data in sleepyhead or rescan and then go from there.
PRS1 Auto & Dreamstation Auto w/ P10 and straight pressure of 8cm
