WELCOME! to the forum.!
EPR is a comfort feature so try each setting for a few days and see which one works the best for you.
Hang in there for more suggestions and much success to you as you continue your CPAP therapy.

Thank you!

The idea is to start with the exact settings as they were on your old machine. It will help to know the exact model of your old machine, the settings you had on it, the exact model of your Airsense 10 machine (Autoset, Autoset for her etc.).

Assuming your old machine was a good old Cpap with no pressure relief, I would start with setting the Airsense 10 on a straight pressure of 12 and an EPR of 0. I would evaluate it for 7-10 days, watch my data in sleepyhead or rescan and then go from there.
Started APAP 4-20, Closed range to 7.5-14, then straight 8.0 w/ Aflex 3
RDI always below 1. But sleep much much better at straight pressure.
Started on F10, Tried Quattro Air successfully. Finally settled on P10.
