Apologies I have not been about too much but have lurked every so often.
I have recently returned to using my Airsense Elite 10 as a switch back from the Autoset For Her, an online purchase. For me there was not much difference between the two so I am one of those cases in point where to start with CPAP to assess my needs is absolutely the right route. And the end result is as noted which makes me an easy case and a lucky candidate.
However my main question today is my low tidal volume. Its been mentioned often that a healthy tidal volume should be between 400-500. However mine has always lingered around 380 and often times recently even lower. Attached is a recent night of good sleep and good events result but still poor tidal volume?
Can anyone throw some light on whether this is something to be concerned about.

I am very petite just under 5 feet and with the help of time and gravity even more closer to the earth. Weight just lurking in the overweight zone. Does that explain it?
