What pressure is it trying to deliver, the machine WILL shut down after 6 seconds if it max out pressure.
Check the power supply is properly connected and make sure you have no big leak anywhere.

What to do is:
Check the power supply is properly connected.
Check it is set for the proper mask and tubing (hose)
To do this you will need to enter the set up Clinicians menu.
Press and hold the bottom button and the round one for several seconds.
After it changes, scroll down to check it is set for the correct tubing, correct mask.
Correct APAP/CPAP.
To change the setting:
If the setting is wrong, push the round knob and then turn the know to select the correct setting, press again and scrol down to the next setting.
If it is set to CPAP, you may want to try APAP, just change it, but you will need to set the Min to something like 16 and the high to 20 or max.
If your pressure setting is 20, the machine might not need a huge leak to think it has a fault and cause it to shut down.
See above quote. It will try to keep 20 as your pressure, but if it can't because of a leak, it might shut down after 6 seconds.
To come out of the set up menu, just put it to home and press home.
It should return to the menu you normally see, if it does not, press home again.
Now you should see only the last sleep report and the minimum settings the user is allowed to adjust.
If everything checks out, phone who supplied the machine.
If you are not sure or do not want to touch the machine, they may be able to do this remotely, you just have to get them to check it is set for the correct tubing, mask and pressure.
If it is set to run CPAP, it might be worth changing it to APAP, but that would be your choice.
It would need to be set at 16 - 20
but check there is not a fault before you even try that.
I also found that if the device exceeds 40 in pressure for one second it will shut down, mind you there would be a big noise change in the machine at that speed. P17 of the manual. I can't remember what page the other one was on.
There appears to be differences in the British and American manuals?
