Ideally max pressure shouldn't matter since events hopefully will be controlled enough to prevent significant pressure increases. If flow limits drive pressure up after tweaking max would be set to prevent pressure from progressing more than about 2cmw above your therapeutic pressure. Median and 95%pressures will be skewed to much to set based on them.
