Need help [S9 locked]
My resmed s9 has been set back to factory settings. It’s locked can’t do a thing with it. Says contact provider. Is there anything I can do?

I had tried that before I posted. When I turn it on it says. “Error” settings reset to factory default values, contact service provider. Well there out of business.

That sounds like a defect. My guess is that you'll need to return the machine to an authorised Resmed service centre for inspection and quote. The S9 is now a fairly old machine so depending on the cost of repairs (and whether it's still in warranty) you might be better updating to an Airsense 10.

... a further thought. I assume you've rebooted the machine by switching off at the wall for 30 minutes then turning back on?

and remove the sd card. just in case it is in play.
