Need help with OSCAR analysis
Hi,
I was previously diagnosed with OSA of 14.9 AHI post my septoplasty/turbinoplasty. I have been trying a lot of things and have decided to pursue PAP therapy.
Have been on CPAP the past week and I am only managing to get around 4-5 hours of sleep max. I will basically wakeup unable to breathe because my nose would be really stuffy.
Please find attached the OSCAR analysis on a day where I managed 5 hours of sleep.
