[CPAP] New ResMed F20 head gear issues

RE: New ResMed F20 head gear issues

I have a very average size face and head so all medium sizes are right for me.  My issue is that the upper head gear straps are so short that there isn't enough length to get the cushion loose enough on my nose, even when the Velcro is barely holding, it's still too tight.  Why would ResMed make the adjustments of the upper straps so short?  Everything else is fantastic!

Any ideas how to make this mask fit properly.

Same here, then and I wind up leaking around the bottom, I feel it pulling up around my mouth. I have gone back to my previous mask, Mirage Quattro, until I can find how to fix this, I am going for another mask fitting this week!

I cut the blue part of the strap that goes over the top of the head and sewed a piece of velcro on each side. Now its adjustable to the size I want. You can buy packages of velcro at most general merchandise or sewing type stores.
