New user need help interpreting Sleepyhead results
Hi everyone! I am a new user of cpap and would need some help with interpreting the results of my treatment to make it for effective.

I am currently using the phillips dreamstation auto cpap DSX500T11 without the humidifier.

My nasal mask is the dreamwear by phillips.

I am still adapting to having a cpap machine hence the actual time I am sleeping with the mask on is very little.

This is my sleepyhead results with spacings in the link.

Hope to get some advise on how I should adjust my settings!

Thanks in advance Big Grin

RE: New user need help interpreting Sleepyhead results
Only one space needed, but good job getting the chart.
Raise minimum pressure to 6.5 and I think you'll be happier with the results. This is pretty typical of a Philips machine in default settings. Events and snores all indicate low pressure, and with a 95% pressure at 7.7 I think you should do much better starting at 6.5-7.0 minimum. We will be able to tell more in a few days. Welcome, and good luck!
