I have de selected this in the view menu but it still seems to show up, were you referring to something else when you said removing my username? I thought you were referring to the Top left that said "Profile:"

In the Daily graphs displayed in your initial post, you will see "OSCAR 1.4.0 (Profile: ******)" in the top left.  You have to use the F12 key to take the screenshot in order for it to be removed from the image. You can not use the Windows screen capture (Print Screen) button on the keyboard. If you use the Windows Snipping Tool, you will need to crop out the title bar at the top.

Uploading results from last night, better AHI score but dont know how the other graphs look.

BTW seems my name is still showing even when I use F12 and have the show personal data turned off.

The AHI number is good, but my focus was on the FL.  Interesting that it stays high regardless of the EPR setting.

How are you sleeping?  If you line up the leak rate graph with the FL graph, you can see that the leaks may be causing the higher FL.
It looks like you move alot or the mask is moving, not sealed properly.
It may be some mouth breathing too.

If you're comfortable, move your pressure to 8.6 min and 8.6 max.
Keep EPR at 2.

RE: New to all this, trying to make sense and better my treatment
Last night I feel I slept pretty good, I am not tired or anything this morning.

I do toss and turn here and there through the night. I will bump up the Settings to 8.6.

I will also replace the nose piece on my mask though it seems in relatively good shape Infill try to rule that out, the mask is comfortable on me, but I wonder if I should be strapping ot tighter but then worry about having a mask imprint on my face most of the morning lol.

When I do the mask fit feature on my machine I get the happy face.

I will read through the primer. I tightened the mask a little bit last night perhaps too much but let me know how last night's report looked. I did have some issues breathing for the first couple of minutes when I put it on my nose felt a bit blocked.

The mask (n20) fits rather comfortable vs all the others I have had. in the past

How do you feel about taking your pressure to 9 - 9 and keep EPR at 2?

As I said before it seems that the FL is somewhat resistant regardless of EPR setting.

The pressure of 9 is about where the median pressure was when you used the Auto mode.
Give it another day, and we can move EPR back to 3.

Your stats don't look bad at all, so let us know how you feel.

Tossed and turned a bit last night but I dont know if the CPAP is to blame for that.

Made the recommended changes, wish I knew how to stop those FL you keep referring to
