I actually had 3 sessions during the night which avg to 6.82
Leaving max at 20 should be fine. It went to 18 and didn't want to go higher. I think you will still gain some by increasing the minimum pressure up to 14 or so. That might prevent some of the OA and H events.
As for the Flex setting this is what I found on page 4-23 of the clinical manual:
"Flex - This screen displays the comfort mode setting. You can select None, C-Flex, or C-Flex+ (if in CPAP or CPAP-Check mode). You can select None, C-Flex, or A-Flex (if in Auto-CPAP or Auto-Trial mode).
Flex Setting - You can modify the Flex setting (1, 2 or 3) on this screen if you enabled Flex. The setting of “1” provides a small amount of pressure relief, with higher numbers providing additional relief.
Flex Lock - This enables you to lock the Flex setting if you do not want the patient to change it."
I read this as you will be unable to set Flex Setting below 1, but if you go into the previous Flex setting, you should be able to select None.
