RE: OSCAR results
Try this for a Screenshot: on a Mac, Fn+F12

You chart looks better: CA's, Ob, Hy and FL all lower.
As far as not feeling better... give it time. Some folk take longer than others to adapt.

I totally agree with RED on raising the EPAP to 8cm.

RE: OSCAR results
Your flow rate looks like (to me) it could use an increase in the PS to 5.

RE: OSCAR results
Will follow your advice and see how its goes for a few days.
I really don't know how many hours of sleep the normal/average 75 year male should get but my biggest grip to doctors for sometime has been: "I don't get enough hours of sleep".   When I take prescription meds the sleep hours remain about the same and I'm hung over for lack of a better description.  I don't use meds very often because of the "hang over" effect.
My wife goes to sleep and 8-9 maybe 10 hours later she gets going slowly at first and may nap during the day. Just can't understand spending that much time in bed!

Thank you

RE: OSCAR results
6 Jul 22 had bit of a problem late afternoon early evening with quick spell of spontaneous regurgitation (very infrequent event) left some lingering after effects.

I did notice the increase pressure but was not overwhelming and acceptable.

Full night attached:
