No, EPR is still at 2, I was looking too fast. It's very easy to make this change by going into the settings menu, scrolling down to comfort and changing the setting for EPR from 2 to 1. Here is an easy to follow tutorial https://www.apneaboard.com/resmed-airsen...setup-info
Central apnea, is ver inconsistent, especially with new users, so this is probably partly adapting to CPAP, part leak reduction and part the consistently inconsistent nature of CA events. Sorry for not catching the unchanged settings.

Got it. I turned off EPR. Do you think I should put it at 1? Also, I will adjust my min/max pressure as well. Thank you for all your help thus far.

I think at this point, just focus on getting leaks controlled. That alone should cut this AHI in half, and I'm sure you will continue to see a reduction of CA issues as you become more accustomed to therapy. I would not hesitate to try some other mask models or sizes, and by all means read the Mask Primer wiki in my signature. We've seen it often where CA events spontaneously improve, and there is not apparent reason yours will not follow that trend. This is a significant improvement over where you started. You are doing a good job sticking with the use of your machine.

I move around a lot while I sleep so its been hard to find a mask that doesn't leak at some point.. I think I will give a Full Face Mask a shot next!
The movement alone can account for CA since we tend to hold a breath as we move. I don't think the leaks are that bad, and if anything, I will suggest a nasal pillows mask that is less likely to be dislodged during movement compared to a nasal mask.

I get pfff pfff pfff type lip leaks all night long if I don't wear a soft cervical collar. I understood that the collar would help with jaw dropping open mouth but was skeptical that it would help with lip leaks. I can't explain how but it does. not 100% but way better than without. with a beard/mustache I can't successfully tape and the half dozen or so full face and nasal masks I've tried have all failed the leak test. I haven't tried a chin strap but many of them pull the lower jaw back which is counterproductive to keeping the airway open. then there's the tongue suck method that I don't seem to be able to master but apparently many people have.
I use a Resmed 30i nasal cushion and have a mastache, I also use a chin strap to keep my mouth closed, I also used a lip balm as I have always had dry lips from sleeping, I feel the lip balm also helps to stop any leakage from my mouth when sleeping when the chins strap on, give it a try as you have nothing to loose
