RE: CPAP RESULTS
Hi Sleepwell, welcome to Apnea Board.

Your numbers are excellent, so the next question is "how do you feel?"

If you would like something to work on, how about those leaks Smile
if you can't decide then you don't have enough data.

I know nothing about this yet as I just had the sleep study done, but I wish those were my result numbers.

RE: CPAP RESULTS
numbers look good - leak maybe fine depending on what caused it (appears like it is singular?) i get those when i get up at night to pee and forget to turn machine off b4 removing mask.... numbers need to be evaluated against known circumstances Smile

but how do you feel?

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
