I got the same error today. Followed the directions to change the battery and it didn’t fix it.

My machine is about 8 years old, so I am probably due for a nee one. But, I dread going through the process right now....

dbbd022, if your dread the process, don't do it. Get copies of any sleep tests and old prescriptions, then ask your general doctor, not a sleep specialist, for a new prescription. You don't need a sleep test when you've been using your CPAP this long.
