Optimizing BiPAP, Struggling with Aerophagia

Optimizing BiPAP, Struggling with Aerophagia
Hi everyone,

I recently made the switch for Auto CPAP to BiPap after being unable to tolerate it and struggling with aerophagia. Started BiPAP with a pressure setting of 3.0 over 9.0-14.0 and was still experiencing aerophagia symptoms but not as severe. Experimented with higher pressure support settings of PS 4.0 over 9.0-14.0 and PS 5.0 over 8.0-13.0 and noticed a pretty dramatic increase in CA events. Seems that I am unable to tolerate higher pressure support as a result of this. Screenshots attached below. Finally settled on a pressure setting of 3.0 over 6.6-15.0 with the best results. Have had very little aerophagia since this change and have been sleeping the best since starting PAP therapy. Recently began struggling with aerophagia again. Unsure of how to adjust my settings and what direction to go in. I have recently made a dramatic shift in my sleep schedule which could be a contributing factor. I have attached a six day sample size with my current settings with the last two days representing my new earlier sleep schedule. Coincidentally, I have only experienced noticeable aerophagia symptoms on these two days.

Thanks.
