Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset - Need advanced help...
Hello anyone Smile

I have just switched from the Elite to the Autoset, and it seems I've lost a few parameters in the transition... :
RERA, CS respiration, Large Leak and Clear Airway are either missing or gone...
Is this due to a software(firmware?) issue, and if it is... How is this resolved? I use Sleepyhead and Resscan 5.7.

Relax, Don't Worry. Have a Homebrew,

oops wrong forum but you've got the idea.

first check SleepyHead At the bottom of the charts there are a few dropdowns, "Flags" and "Graphs" especially, open them and make sure everything is checked.
You may need to shut Sleepyhead down and restart it (Never a bad idea anytime you suspect a software issue anyway).

Bonjour, thank you for the tips, but all that has been tried... I'm a tech support person, in real life  Smile

If some Autoset owners could post what their SleepyHead CP looks like, and what their software versions are... That might help and allow me to submit this to my supplier. Better still, if anyone knows how to get an official reaction from Resmed, that would be positively awesome.

If you don't know just post the serial number of your machine and Sleeprider will get it from that.

That device manufactured in the 22nd week of 2016 should have the latest capability. I have a 16-21 model here with firmware x357-0306 with both auto modes and RERA.

Thanks, Sleeprider. Do you happen to know if there are different software options, depending on the market or region?

Both machines were manufactured in Singapore (code 23), so there is no difference. I don't know why it is not showing up on your device. FYI code 22 is Australia.

I seem to recall that we have seen different model numbers for different markets, and (I think) for different years.

My Canadian Autoset is model 37028, one of the early ones: serial #2214160xxxx. It has one auto mode and does not report RERA events. My firmware appears to be a different series: SX567-0302.
