My AirSense !0 Autoset is extremely quiet... hard to tell it's even on. A far as seeing events per hour maybe it depends on the model? Mine shows it as both events and ahi per hour.

Resmed has a website that you can register your machine, you will be able to get all of the stats for the past 14 days. Your machine has a cell phone in it that reports your information directly to Resmed. Since I can't post the website here, e-mail me and I will send it to you, if you want it.

Actually you can post manufacturer's web sites according to my understanding.
