Important appt w/sleep doc - not doing well - need advice

Important appt w/sleep doc - not doing well - need advice
I have not been doing well lately, either with my general health or my treatment.

I have an appointment with the sleep doc on Tuesday and need to take away something that is going to help from that meeting.

Apnea was controlled doing just fine on pressures of 6-17 for years.

Then I started benzo withdrawal and AHI immediately shot up. We have been trying to get me back on track ever since.

The pressure was changed up to 10-20 in mid-October and ever since I have felt worse. I think I am getting no deep sleep at all. whereas I used to, at least on the odd night. It has hampered my progress in recovering from an episode of burnout brought on by a period of overwork. A perfect storm.

The question is how to recover. I suspect the problem is that the air is blowing right out of my mouth. I am using the Wisp mask. I think it worked OK at 6-17 but not at 10-20. I may switch back to the Comfort Gel Mask.

The question is where do I go from here, pressure wise? A different machine has been talked about (ASV) but I do not think it will happen any time soon. This level of fatigue is scary.

Any thoughts/advice much appreciated.

Chalkie do you still have a machine that does not work with Sleepyhead ? We really need to see typical daily graphs to understand the makeup of your AHI
