Here's the rest of the week with the Nuance Pro Gel with the DreamStation set at 9 and 12. The AHIs are a little bit higher than with the Dreamwear nasal cushion mask last week. Note, however, that it was a busy week workwise and some nights I did not get enough hours of sleep at all.

I think with the Nuance Pro a 0.5 bump of minimum pressure might help.

This week was with the AirFit P10. To eliminate variables in this week to week experiment, I've kept the auto pressure at 9 and 12. I'll experiment with modifying the pressure a little after this run with different masks at the same pressure.

(On Thursday, there was a 4 AM bout with allergies, which caused a runny nose. Avamys and Reactine were used, and back to bed 20 minutes later.)

Here's the 4th and final week of my four-mask rotation experiment, this week with the Philips Respironics Pico nasal mask, which was my original mask when I got all my gear in the spring.

One interesting observation is that the night i got the "perfect score" of 0 AHI is a night I slept very badly and for only a few hours. Huhsign

You can toss all the charts out. The only thing you need to do is pick the Mask your most comfortable with and stick with it.

Your the one that has to wear it.
