You are correct:
Found mine at:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\ResMed\ResScan3\Patients\name of patient

(You must know UNIX as the forward slash is used in Unix.)Eat-popcorn

Ditto here. Running Win7 Pro 64-bit. Found the ResScan data in:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\ResMed\ResScan3\Patients\name of patient

After you do a data download, save and exit ResScan. Then use the Windows search function, search for *.* and sort results by date, newest first. They should the newest files written to the hard drive, or very nearly the newest. Then you can find the directory they're stored in.

This is one reason why some people find SleepyHead easier to use than ResScan

I like SH better, user friendly, no overwrite/discard option and data is saved automatically as you close the program. But for anything legal or medical reports, you still need resscan
