You said you were given pain meds for pain. That means logically that you were/are in pain. When I'm in any kind of pain my BP goes up and so does my AHI. I'm sure that once your pain disappears your AHI will go down significantly. Feel better!

The main pain med was Dilaudid (Hydromorphone Hydrochloride).

I have stopped taking it and my AHI is starting to lower to 5 and under...
