[CPAP] Switching from nasal pillows to full face
#11
RE: Switching from nasal pillows to full face
If you are still snoring even with FFM you might need to try the backpack,
Case Logic makes a nice backpack for carrying laptops. ~$20
Just buy it and get 3 tubes of tennis balls to stuff in the small pocket in back.
Start sleeping with that. (near impossible to sleep on your back where most folks get all their OA's)

I hate it but I use it!
The difference is dramatic.
with = 0.6 AHI
without = 5+ AHI!

Crude, Simple, Effective!

We're all different but I had great success with the F&P Simplus. Very comfortable!

I'm trying to find a nasal pillows mask that is comfortable though.
