[CPAP] Tips for coping? Congestion, ripping cpap off in sleep
#11

I will try the extra humidity. I am desperate to work this out and it is so frustrating to know that the congestion is keeping me from benefitting from using the machine. Mine is on 4 but can go up to 6 and I can raise the temperature so I will have a little play with the settings and see what I can learn from that.

On the 20th I slept for 6 hours with only 2 ahi, I felt like I had come out of the deep sea and was breathing fresh air the next day. I had so much energy and was bouncing around the house happily doing chores and near pain and exhaustion free. I want that again!

Thank you, everybody, for your help. It is so nice to be able to ask questions and people take time out of their own lives to write a response.
