Min EPAP=6 Max IPAP=16 PS=3 To match your APAP. Adjust based on results from there.

Hello, not sure if you are still checking this thread, but I was just browsing some posts on the forum and your situation sounds similar to mine.
I am only just getting started figuring things out, but I do have one thing that helps me that might be useful for you. I find the Breathe Rite strips help immensely, but like you, the adhesive comes off during the night. I cut 2 small strips of 3M Micropore tape and use them to secure the nasal strip on each side of my nose. That stuff is so sticky, just a small strip either side does a great job keeping the nasal strip in place. Hope you are making some good progress with your CPAP therapy.
