My progression was nasal pillows for first 5 years, then nasal mask for the next 10, the last 5 years I have been using FFM. I was noticing a really dry mouth in the morning. Maybe it has something to do with age, once I hit 50, I had to start using eye glasses to read, and switched to FFM. Oh well... Sometimes it takes time to adjust. Look at your leak graph as suggested. It should show you want is going on during the night.
