CPAP success. Now have CSR ?

CPAP success. Now have CSR ?
I have been on CPAP for about 52 days now, never missing a night.  Therapy is going very well.  Last night, Sleepyhead and Rescan both reported a period of CSR.  I had the same thing about two days into my treatment.  Sleepyhead reports 3.97%.  I have read that this is nothing to worry about unless it it increases to 10 or so.  I have lost 66 pounds in the last few months and am not obese.  Can some of you pros look at these charts and give me an opinion ?  TIA

Thanks for your input.  Can you explain why you think there is nothing to worry about ?

Thanks again,

The closeups you showed are a reduction in air flow due to an obstruction. The machine is recording them as hypopnea but it's pretty iffy to even call it that. More like a flow limitation.

All good as walla said
There is a cluster event, probably back sleeping and/or chin to chest tucking, chin to chest? There is also associated Periodic breathing with it. Nothing to worry about. (google chaney stokes and scare yourself)
I'd have min 10 max 17

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

The machine appears to be maxing out at 15, I would put it up to 17, however if your centrals go up take it down to 16, see how that goes, if still no improvement put it back to 15.
However, I am no expert, so listen to the others before me!  However, it is worth a try, if it makes maters worse, put it back to where it was.
The advantage you have is you have at least a auto machine over a fixed pressure and that is an advantage.
I am NOT a doctor.  I try to help, but do not take what I say as medical advice.

Every journey, however large or small starts with the first step.

Sleep-well

I agree, that does not look like CSR, just hyponea.  It does seem odd that it is recording BOTH hyponea and CSR at the same time but there is no long pause to be true apnea.  I too think going up on pressure would help.
