I think about a third of the time new 'PAPers get a lot of CA events during first weeks, and about half the time the CA events gradually reduce to an insignificant amount, within a couple months as we adapt to breathing against pressure.
Since you had no central events during diagnostic study, your odds are better than average that the CAs which have emerged from PAP treatment will resolve on their own within a month or two, especially if Max PS is kept fairly low.
