RE: Can I Get Someone to Look at My Wife's Charts
She has had no problems getting use use to the new machine. Purchasing the Resmed has been the best money ever spent. I hope she continues to do okay with it.

RE: Can I Get Someone to Look at My Wife's Charts
My wife has been feeling really tired for a month now and so I decided to take a look at her sd card to see if there was something wrong with her therapy. I noticed she seems to be having alot of CA's. Was hoping to get someone to take a look at her charts to see if pressures might need to be adjusted.

RE: Can I Get Someone to Look at My Wife's Charts
The CA are higher than the other event charts, but they're not too high and/or out of control. Is there complaints on not resting well or uncomfortable to go with an elevated CA count?

Two areas that may help lower the Central Apnea which is referencing these CA, lower or eliminate the Ramp and lower EPR a notch. By lowering Ramp, I mean the ramp effects by way of less time and higher ramp pressure. You can choose to do the following for the CA: nothing if comfort and rest are still good, edit either Ramp or EPR, or both.

Note that if you edit the EPR in particular, Obstructive Apnea, Hypopnea, and flow limits might increase when CA goes down. CA and Obstructive based events are on opposing sides of the teeter-totter. Act on CA to make it go down, the other side is pushed up. Just be aware of this and go for a balance on events and make comfort rule your action.
