RE: Can anyone recommend a good full face mask?
My experience is limited (2 weeks) and every face and person and SA needs differ but after reading a HUGE amount of Internet postings based on my numbers / events, personally I was going to request my DME for the Resmed Quattro FX. When I arrived to pick up my hardware, I was relieved that the Quattro FX was the mask they were going to recommend for me. Work with your Sleep Tech.
My one bit of advice about the FX is:
Ensure you install it correctly as it installs differently than many FFMs. Touch to upper bridge of nose first then pivot down onto mouth and adjust the straps for no leakage. The mask will inflate / grab once it is pressurized further sealing the contours. Once you adjust the straps, you should not have to keep adjusting. Just unclip the bottom clips and you are free.
