Can't Fall Asleep!

RE: Can't Fall Asleep!
you could try OTC somnapure. I have heard great things about it and it is not a narcotic. BUT, you should check with your doc if you are on other medication(s). YMMV.

RE: Can't Fall Asleep!
Sit on the edge of the bed all suited up. Say to yourself I am grateful to have my cpap machine. I sleep better. I enjoy my improved health. I love my mask. It feels so good knowing what benefit it brings to me. I am warm and relaxed and my eyes are sleepy.
.
You get the idea. Research how to write an aphorism. Is kinda a tricky as you can write something that sounds good but is in fact contradictory to your goal. It does work!
.
Instead of thinking claustrophobic think safe and protected and source of oxygen and good health.
.
We become what we think about and hold firmly in our minds.
I use my PAP machine nightly and I feel great!

Thanks for the thought. Somnapure contains a pretty big dose of melatonin plus the amino acid L Threonine, and several botanicals including valerian.

People forget that melatonin is a hormone, and that our bodies need very little of it. This product contains 3mg. I use melatonin briefly when the seasons change, and stick to 1/4 mg.

So true! Really good advice!

Tonight I will repeat what worked last night. I will suit up about 20 minutes before bedtime and come up with an aphorism that makes sense to me.

I have a pill cutter and I cut my mult vit in half. But, you are your own best advocate and know what you can and will take. Good for you checking ingredients, etc.

Now if we could get people to fight as hard to get rid of GMO's, label all the ingredients in our food, stop Monsanto from............oops, better stop.....this is not anything about the original post........don't want my knuckles rapped today!

Yes, I use a pill cutter to cut my 1mg melatonin tablets into quarters. For some reason I am very sensitive to all drugs, and doctors have often told me that they are prescribing a child's dosage. Don't know why it is! But I think we should all read ingredients and make individual decisions about what we take and what we don't take. Many times pill-pushers have written me scripts that I just throw away. They are accustomed to patients who think there should be a pill to fix everything.

I agree! Most of the time if it isn't a complete necessity that I take a medication, I won't even let the doc write the script. I am just not going to take meds without trying other alternatives first. I do take vitamins, flaxseed, krill, etc. but only one script and I only take that if it is completely unavoidable and I cut it in half and if that doesn't do the trick in an hour or so I will take the other half.

Be careful with your aphorism as the subconscious is very literal and lawyer like.
Every statement must be "I am" not "I will" for one example.
I need to change my Mr Negative signature line Wink
