Hi Frank Smile yep I found that I had to trim my beard when I started with this dang machine. Mind you I just trimmed it really short but then found I had to shave the bit round the bottom of my moustache and I just left the bit on my chin Thumbs-down-1 so now I look a bit like a billy-goat.
Ah well, the pressures of looking cool oldman

Yep. With DreamWear i have to ponytail it, and bobby pin/snap clip the headgear in place. I went to the Wisp, and dont have to do the ponytail, but i have to pull some hair forward from the top strap.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

I have to twist my nose hair into little pigtails and thread them through the blow holes of my P10.

Am I the only one getting the "7 Hidden Dementia Signs" ad on this forum?

Yes, you are the only one. BigwinkWhistle

But seriously, ads are served up based upon content of posts, plus they also look at your browser history or cookies, and if you've looked at dementia or alzheimer's websites in the past, they might serve up an ad like that one. For a bit more info, see here.
