Can you get to zero AHI?

RE: Can you get to zero AHI?
The phrase "sleep apnea" refers to the condition, whereas the term "apnea" refers to the event. It's normal to have apneas, everyone has them. It's when you average 5 or more per hour that you are diagnosed with the condition known as sleep apnea.

This is all a result of the statistical analysis done by researchers who investigate both apneas and the condition known as sleep apnea. Another seemingly weird thing is the 10-second rule. Stop breathing for 9 seconds and it doesn't count! Stop breathing for 10 seconds or 100 seconds and it counts the same!!
