Cant stay asleep thru night

Hello I’ve been on cpap for about 7 years. A good night is 6-7 hours with only up to 2-3 apnea’s a night
Problem is I can’t stay asleep   Wide awake about 5 x a night and bad day time fatigue. Sleep dr is no help and has me on 200mg of modofinal a day which barely keeps me awake 
I’ve prescription sleep aid in the past but i5 stopped working I’ve tried many non prescription supplements but no go. Now I’m trying melatonin one cbd gummies but still can’t sleep thru the night 
Any suggestions or help

If you want to look at your CPAP therapy as a possible source of sleep disturbance, download OSCAR and post up a chart. Sometimes it just gets harder to sleep as we get older, but we can eliminate problems in CPAP therapy with the data.

I seem to have a similar issue, I wake up randomly in the middle of the night and often times I can't go back to sleep which makes me even more tired during the day.

Please all start your own thread with OSCAR charts. Many times we can see why this is happening and it is different for different people.
