Car adapter for Resmed Airsense 10 for Her

We are taking a trip in our 2003 Eurovan Weekender... last trip my husband got an adapter for his Dreamstation.  This year I have the Resmed so we both need adapter... I thought it would be easy to run to a store - but no.  Talked to Apria as well as a local company - none on hand.  Some folks on FB CPAP page say I just need a 12v converter etc etc.  But one person says the Resmed 10 is 18v.  I have actually reached a point where I do NOT want to be without the machine (never thought i'd say that....).  Anyone have info/ideas?  Thanks!

several places in the supplier list have them. it is not standard and has a 3 pin connector. You can fool it to use a regular up-converter, but for risking my CPAP to save $85 was not worth it to me. you need the 90watt if you use the humidifier. make sure the battery system can handle the draw and still turn over the engine in the morning.

The Resmed machines use 24 volt power with a proprietary pin arrangement. You can find many choices ranging from $25 for Medistrom to $89 for Resmed OEM 12-24 volt power adapters on Amazon. You can search for "Resmed Airsense 10 DC Adapter"
