RE: Terrible LOFTA Sleep Results
in general you want to minimize changes to one change per night. There are exceptions, but the Idea is that with one change you know what affected the changes that you see. If things aren't quite right we will simply recommend another change.

RE: Terrible LOFTA Sleep Results
Alright folks -

Initially I went to bed with the heated tube set to OFF,  and the P10 mask and a single low pillow.  Pressure set between 9-13 as recommended, and I think this pressure was pretty good. I felt comfortable.

With that said,  initially I couldn't fall asleep between 12 and 2:15AM. So I got up and had a sleeping pill (Unisom OTC).

Then went back to bed.

Then I dont recall taking my mask off at 5am... but I do remember my mask, the P10 mask was leaking water at some point. At some point, I am guessing within that 5:00-5:40am gap,  I woke up and got up, changed the mask to the F30i and changed the tube also to the default tube the machine came with (thin/non heated), because the tube had water inside.

Slept the rest of the session with the F30i, which I think its my mask. After much testing, I am settling on this one. No more water issues.

As you can tell my sleep is all messed up. Thankfully I took this week's morning off (yes I am lucky), to be able to work on the sleep,  as currently its very interrupted.

Also, according to my sleep tracker (WHOOP). I slep 7 hrs 51min.

6h:25m was light sleep, 50m of deep sleep, and only 36m of REM.

I am not sure how accurate the Whoop is, but, I do feel not fully refreshed.

RE: Terrible LOFTA Sleep Results
Hey folks

Here's the update for 06/25/22

While my AHI was higher, I think it was a better night. Seems like I took off the mask at some point after going to the bathroom.

Question, does it seem like I need to add more pressure? Full size: https://i.imgur.com/AJmm7af.png

Since the area you are zoomed in on was the last part of the night, I would speculate that most of the events are positional.

Crimson, that's actually the full night. I went to sleep very late.

Positional as in maybe the chin tuck? I slept with a low volume pillow.

You'd leave settings as is?

Look at the image you posted.  You are zoomed in from 1:10AM till 11:15AM.  Your complete sleep session shows 12:09AM (midnight) till 11:15AM.

I'm not sure why its doing this. But anyway, here's the whole screen: https://i.imgur.com/ODFwsua.png

I did not go to bed until around 1:10am, but I see that it picked up things from the previous session.

I would like to see you try soft cervical collar to eliminate your positional chin tucking apnea. You may need to try more than one varying the height, most likely to higher.
